From the detailed order page, you can easily review order details, track order progress, and request help by submitting a Customer Service ticket. We normally respond to all tickets within 1 working day.


About the order racking information, kemove.com will provide order tracking numbers whenever the order status is changed into "Shipped" status. The shipping company's tracking number will be posted into every customer's account page. You will be notified by your registered email with this tracking number. Along with the tracking number, customers will enter the shipping company's official website to check the shipping status of your package.

If products were marked as "Free shipping", then you will not need to pay any shipping costs. For products without "Free shipping", you need to use the online system to generate a shipping fee for your order. Please put the total number of items in your shopping cart and then click the check out page, finally you can find shipping fees for different shipping services.

You can follow your order during its delivery process, or after it has left our storehouses.processing: You can check the status in "My orders" Page in your www.kemove.com account.shipped: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a reminder email from us with the tracking information for your packages as well as the website in which you can trace your order at. Please note tracking information is also available in your order details page.
 
Change Delivery Address & Cancel Order
